     The Saint James Festival is a spectacular summer event whose sucess is dependent on You our parishioners, and those who enthusiastically give their time, talents and treasures to ensure that it continues to be the best and most well recieved event in the community. We are looking for parishioners to get involved in all levels of the festival progression from start to finish and everywhere in between. Help with moving items from and to storage, work in a booth, be a Booth Chairperson or to join our awesome FESTIVAL COMMITTEE. We promise you will have fun!
     Take a moment now to volunteer your time and abilities to the success of our Parish Festival. Each year hundreds of volunteers are needed to staff, plan, organize, and run the various booths, activities, food serviced, grounds, mechanical and electrical requirements, marketing, publicity, ect. Check the list of booths below or add a description of a talent you would like to offer, and you will be contacted as schedules are processed. The Signup Genius can be located by clicking on one of  the link below. There is also the link for Parent Permission, needed by any child going into the 7th grade and up through the age of 18 who plan on working a booth without a parent present and can earn volunteer hours.  Children 6th grade and below need to be working with a parent. Also, NO child under the age of 18 can work in a food booth where there are hot grills or oil (21 for beer) OR a booth with Games of Chance (Gambling).

********  Please sign up as soon as possible so we can get all our slots filled. There will be festival committee representatives available after all masses on all weekends starting June 3rd and continuing through July 16.  We can answer any questions, let you know our biggest area of need, sign you up to volunteer, sell you raffle, Bengal and Early Bird split the pot chances, and accept any donations for jewelry, Bid-n-Buy or baskets. T-shirts will also be available in early June. Stop in and visit!
